Mike Romens is Equity Realty's managing broker. Mike has been a licensed real
estate professional since 1984 and a broker since 1991. He has been with Equity
Realty since it's inception in 1994. Throughout his successful career he has
earned a reputation among the Twin Cities real estate community for professionalism
and integrity. Mike is a member of the Arbitration/Professional Standards
Committee for the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors®. He has earned the
designations Certified Buyer Representative® (CBR) and Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI).
With 19 years of real estate experience Mike has pretty much seen it all. His good judgment and easygoing nature make him an exceptional agent and the perfect leader for a real estate team. Mike also knows houses. Before beginning his real estate career Mike was a general contractor who did work in the entire Twin City area. He has also completed several high-end home renovations in the past few years. Although Mike specializes in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, he will work with clients anywhere in the metro area.
