Carol Greenwood began her real estate career in 1995 with Century 21. As a new agent
she chose Century 21 because of their excellent training program, national recognition and
agent support. After a couple of years Carol decided that her heart was in Minneapolis
and St. Paul real estate and made the move to Equity. The smaller company was also
better suited to her independent nature.
Carol does venture outside the city. She has successfully sold everything from hobby farms in Dayton to single-family homes in Lakeville. Her expertise consists of a variety of property types with a specialization in the vintage homes of Minneapolis and St. Paul. It is Carol's personal philosophy that hard work and honesty are the most important ingredients for a successful career. She wants her clients to receive the very best service available. Carol has completed "Certified Real Estate Counselor" training as well as "Relocation Specialist" training from Century 21. She received her formal education at the University of Minnesota and has a professional background in Journalism. Until their recent move to Woodbury, she and her husband Kelly lived in South Minneapolis on Nicollet Avenue for 20+ years. They own several investment properties in Minneapolis that they successfully manage and maintain. |
